Vehicle Classes & Pricing: Private rides in Sedans (1–4 passengers) starting at a $50 minimum and SUVs (4–7 passengers) starting at a $75 minimum. Prices subject to location.

We provide Large Black SUVs for 1-7 passengers for your local transportation needs with minimum notice required.

For 8 or more passengers, a 3-day notice is required.

We operate 24/7 by pre-scheduled reservation only. A minimum 60-minute notice is required before dispatch. Payment is required before dispatch.

Western Wisconsin Region: 715-245-2035 — Free 24 hours, seven days a week. Minimal notice is required for all locations. The Hudson area of minimal notice is 60 minutes.

Southeast Minnesota Region: 651-299-3199 — Hours of operating are 4am-11pm. Pick up after hours in this area is pre-scheduled before close. Average wait time in this area is 65 minutes to 2 hours, depending on location. Red Wing area average wait time will fall in the average time just stated.

Northwest Wisconsin Region: 715-233-8811 — Average wait time 45 minutes to 1 hour and 20 minutes. 5 a.m. to 11 p.m. After-hour pickup requires pre-schedule before close.

Operated to confirm, and payment is required before pickup for all locations. You can pay by cash app, Zelle, or electronic credit card by invoice or by text message.

Corporate Policy Information

  • Reservations: All services are pre-scheduled exclusively. A minimum notice of 60 minutes is required prior to dispatch.
  • Payment Terms: Secured payment is required prior to dispatch via Cash App, Zelle, or secure electronic link. Vehicle dispatch is contingent upon receipt of funds.
  • Cancellation Policy: Late-stage cancellations are strictly non-refundable. For a comprehensive overview of our service agreement, please review our full Cancellation Policy & Terms of Service.
  • Solicitation and Marketing Protocol: Blackline Arrival maintains a strict non-solicitation policy regarding business listings (Google/Yelp), telemarketing, and third-party service proposals. All corporate inquiries must originate from an official company domain. Communications from personal email accounts (e.g., Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook) will be summarily discarded for security and verification purposes. Relevant proposals will be escalated to the appropriate corporate department; please note that on-site staff at our office locations do not manage these inquiries.
