Flight Status
If the flight is delayed by one hour or longer, tracking recalibrates the planned pickup time using the updated arrival information.
Arrival Communication
After landing, the chauffeur contacts the passenger by text to confirm the terminal, meeting location, luggage status, and expected curbside time.
Flight Changes
When a flight is canceled or replaced, send the new flight number and arrival time by email or text so the reservation profile can be updated.
Terminal One pickups may use Valet Parking or the designated Taxi and Limousine pickup area. The chauffeur will confirm which meeting location should be used.
Preferred Meeting Location
Valet Parking may provide a faster executive departure while avoiding congestion in standard commercial lanes.
Secondary Meeting Location
When Valet Parking is unavailable, the chauffeur may direct the passenger to the commercial prearranged pickup area.
Passenger Coordination
Keep your phone turned on after landing and respond when the chauffeur asks for your terminal, door, level, or baggage status.
The best time to reply is when you reach baggage claim and know whether checked luggage is still pending.
Terminal Two pickup uses the designated commercial transportation area near Door Number Seven.
Complimentary wait time begins using the flight’s recorded gate-arrival status. Additional waiting beyond the included period may be charged according to the reserved vehicle.
Travel time can vary because of weather, construction, traffic volume, terminal congestion, and the passenger’s exact pickup location.
