Preferred Meeting Point: Valet Parking

For executive clients, we prefer Valet Parking pickup. This supports faster departure and avoids heavy congestion in standard commercial lanes.

Upon arrival, follow signs toward Baggage Claim.
Locate elevators and signs for Valet Parking near the center of Terminal One.
Take the elevator to the designated Valet level. Your chauffeur will be staged and ready.

Secondary Meeting Point: Taxi and Limousine Hub

If Valet is full/unavailable, we will use the standard commercial prearranged lane. Your chauffeur will notify you if this backup is needed.

Follow overhead signs to the Ground Transportation Center.
Take elevator/escalator down to Level T (Tram Level).
Follow signs for Prearranged Pickup or Taxi and Limousine and wait curbside.

Quick Tip for Fast Coordination

Keep your phone on after landing. Once you’re off the plane, reply to your chauffeur confirming your terminal and door/level to reduce curb time.

Best practice: Reply as soon as you reach baggage claim.

Humphrey Terminal Ground Transportation

Pickup at Terminal Two is designed for efficiency and ease of access.

Exit Baggage Claim and cross the street toward the transportation hub and parking ramp.
Locate Door Number Seven for prearranged rides and commercial vehicles.
Wait curbside; your chauffeur will pull forward as soon as you confirm you are at the door.

Industry Standard Wait Time and No-Show Policies

We maintain professional standards found in the MSP market so you have time to navigate the terminal without unnecessary stress.

Domestic Flight Grace Period: Thirty minutes complimentary wait time starting when the aircraft is marked “At Gate.”
International Flight Grace Period: Sixty minutes complimentary wait time for Customs and Passport Control.
Extended Wait Fees: Billed in fifteen-minute increments based on the hourly rate of your specific vehicle.
The Sixty-Minute Rule: If contact is not established within sixty minutes of landing and you are not at the vehicle, the trip is canceled as a “No-Show” and the full fare is charged.
