Your chauffeur does not rely only on the original scheduled arrival time. The current flight status is used to help coordinate the airport pickup.
MSP Airport Black Car Service
Give us your flight number and relax. We track your arrival and continue monitoring your flight so your chauffeur can meet you when you land. Whether you are traveling to Minnesota, Wisconsin, South Dakota, Illinois, or another long-distance destination, your MSP pickup remains part of the transportation plan.
Your scheduled landing time may change, but that does not mean you have to worry about losing your MSP Airport pickup. We use your flight number to follow the arrival and adjust the pickup plan when the aircraft is delayed.

Delayed Arrival
When the flight is delayed, your reservation remains active while we continue monitoring the updated arrival.
Passenger Reassurance
As long as we have the correct flight number and your contact information, we can continue coordinating the pickup and communicate any major change.
Flight schedules can move by several hours because of weather, air-traffic control, mechanical issues, crew delays, or missed connections.
Most delayed flights can still be handled through normal flight tracking. If the delay becomes extreme or creates an unforeseen scheduling conflict, we will contact you.
Normal Delay Handling
For ordinary delays, continue traveling as planned. There is no need to submit a new reservation simply because the airline changed the arrival time.
Extended Delay Review
If a delay extends beyond approximately three to four hours, the transportation schedule may need additional review based on driver availability, weather, road conditions, and the updated landing time.
Customer Notification
In the event of an unforeseen scheduling issue caused by a major delay, we will send an email with updated instructions or the next available transportation plan.
Blackline Arrival can arrange private transportation from MSP Airport to local, regional, and long-distance destinations. Submit the complete drop-off address so the route, vehicle, travel time, and pricing can be reviewed.
Blackline Arrival does not provide child car seats. Customers must supply the appropriate seat and confirm all child passenger requirements before pickup.
Customer Responsibility
The customer is responsible for providing the correct car seat and ensuring it meets the child’s needs.
Office Storage
A customer-provided car seat may be held at the office at no additional storage cost when the arrangement is approved in advance.
Seat Return
Returning or delivering the car seat to another destination may require an additional transportation fee.
Availability, pricing, vehicle type, and additional service charges are confirmed during the reservation review.

Provide the correct flight number, passenger contact information, luggage count, destination, and vehicle needs. We will track the arrival, coordinate the airport meeting point, and continue planning your transportation when the airline changes the schedule.
