Early Cancellations (Advanced Bookings):
We take reservations up to a year in advance. If you book early and need to cancel well before your service date, you do not lose your entire payment. The following percentages are forfeit based on the vehicle type reserved:
Final Window Cancellations (Full Forfeit):
Once the reservation reaches the immediate service window, the cancellation becomes a 100% forfeit of the total fare:
This policy applies to all current and future reservations once a booking is confirmed.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
We will track your flight and pick you up. If the flight is delayed more than the ACID allowed time, we may have to cancel your order or reschedule, but that usually does not happen, so no need to worry. We will track your flight and ensure you are picked up.
Where do I find my driver?
Your driver will meet you at the arrivals hall with a name board or contact you directly via phone.
We hold a price match license. We will match the price of any legitimate competitor. The company must be licensed and insured by the state. We do not price match independent drivers or "one-man shows"; the competitor must be a registered, professional company.
The client understands and accepts that Acts of God, unforeseen traffic, road conditions and/or severe weather conditions delay travel. Every effort will be made to dispatch the contracted limousine(s) during these conditions. In the event of a delay, we will modify the drop off time to reflect the delay. You agree that this action will compensate you for the delay and there will be no further liability to us. Should conditions be deemed too dangerous for our chauffeurs and/or vehicle(s), we will inform you and terminate the service.
Car Seat Policy: Customers are welcome to bring their own car seat. Due to liability, the customer must secure and install the seat themselves; drivers cannot assist.
Return Service & Rates: We can return seats or lost items to your home. The return fee is $2 per mile for the first 15 miles and $3 per mile for any distance exceeding 15 miles. This ensures we cover driver time and fuel costs.
Are you licensed? Yes, we are fully licensed and insured.
Is service 24/7? Yes, we operate 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
Are prices fixed? Yes, the price quoted is the price you pay. No hidden charges.
Can I smoke? No, all vehicles are strictly non-smoking.
Is gratuity included? A mandatory 20% gratuity is added to all reservations.
