Blackline Arrival provides professional transportation services in Minnesota and Wisconsin, including airport transportation, black car service, charter transportation, and special event transportation.
These Terms & Policies govern all transportation services provided by Blackline Arrival (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By booking, reserving, or using any service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.
Rates presented prior to booking are estimates only. Final charges may vary based on wait time, additional stops, changes requested during service, special events, holidays, or services added after booking.
Once a reservation is approved and confirmed, the base rate will not change. Additional charges incurred during service will be applied accordingly.
Rates are subject to availability and may change without notice prior to confirmation.
Certain services, including limousine, specialty, long-distance, extended, or outsourced vehicle bookings, may require a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking. Some reservations may require up to 50% payment in advance.
Payment methods may include credit cards, Zelle, Venmo, Cash App, or cash. ID verification may be required.
Chargebacks or payment disputes may result in additional charges or legal action.
Cancellations must be made at least 4 days (96 hours) prior to the scheduled pickup time to avoid charges.
Cancellations made within this window are non-refundable.
Reservations involving outsourced vehicles, specialty vehicles, or bookings of 7 hours or more require a minimum of 5 days (120 hours) notice for cancellation.
Due to contractual obligations with third-party providers, cancellations made within this period are non-refundable.
This policy applies to all current and future reservations once a booking is confirmed.
Blackline Arrival monitors commercial flight arrivals when flight details are provided.
Grace periods apply as follows:
After the grace period, waiting time is billed in 15-minute increments at the selected vehicle’s hourly rate. After one (1) hour of waiting, the reservation converts to an hourly charter charged from the originally scheduled pickup time.
If you cannot locate your driver, you must contact Blackline Arrival immediately to avoid being billed as a No-Show.
Requested stops under 20 minutes may incur an additional charge depending on vehicle class. Stops exceeding 20 minutes are billed as an additional hour at the applicable hourly rate.
No credit is issued for unused time on hourly bookings.
Additional fees may apply for tolls, parking, meet-and-greet services, special requests, animals, or additional stops.
A mandatory 20% gratuity is added to all reservations. This gratuity is non-negotiable and is distributed to the driver.
Car seats may be available upon request and may be subject to additional fees. Passengers are responsible for verifying proper installation.
Service animals are permitted in compliance with applicable law. Notification at booking is encouraged.
Accessible vehicles are available upon request and must be confirmed in advance.
Certain reservations may be fulfilled using third-party or affiliate vehicles. When outsourcing is required, the cancellation and service policies of the contracted provider may apply. The Company remains financially responsible to the provider once the vehicle is secured.
Vehicles may be equipped with recording devices where permitted by law for safety and liability purposes. Passengers are notified when applicable.

These Terms & Policies are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin and the State of Minnesota. Any legal action must be brought within a court of competent jurisdiction in those states.
By booking, reserving, or using any service provided by Blackline Arrival, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms contained in this document.
